Stop shopping around and go with John Henry! He was easy to work with and very thorough. The window well covers fit perfectly and are well made. We got our window well covers today and couldn't be more pleased. We had some really odd shaped window wells (not standard sized), and John got the measurements and custom built each one. They fit perfectly, are strong and fairly light weight, but easily supported my weight when I stood on them after they were installed. Customer Service was spectacular, with John's wife, Kate, being the primary representative. She is attentive to detail and a real delight to work with. I can't recommend John Henry highly enough.
